It’s that time of year again! Valentine’s Day just two short weeks away, and to help all you last minute gifters like myself out, I’ve created a gift guide for the man in your life.
Whether you’re “just talking”, officially dating, or have been together for quite a while/are happily married, I’ve put together a collection of 10 gift ideas to cover all relationship statuses. Be sure to click the links for easy access to my favorites!
Duffel Bag: What guy doesn’t need a nice duffel? Upgrade him from the stinky nylon bag he used in high school to a nice leather (faux or real, you do you) or thick canvas.
Sunglasses: Easy gift for literally anyone, and you can find a nice-looking pair in your price range whether you’re ballin’ on a budget or going all in.
Old Fashioned Cocktail Syrup: If your man is into mixing up fancy cocktails, get him a variety of syrups to experiment with. It’s fun and maybe not something he would think to buy for himself.
Boxer briefs: I don’t know about your guy, but until I came into his life my husband’s underwear drawer was pretty sad (think old baggy boxers in allll the ugly colors). Do him a favor by getting him some super comfy & super cute new undies. Added bonus if they make his butt look extra good.
Tie: A nice tie is always a safe bet, and is easy to fit into your budget no matter what your limit is. You could stick to a classic black one, or spice it up with a bold color or trendy pattern.
Fun Socks: I mean, this really doesn’t need an explanation. Cool/fun socks are IN, no matter what your profession.
Morse Code “Every Day I Love You”: This piece of decor is a perfect gift for a guy that’s hard to buy for because he already has everything. Although on the pricier side, it’s different and meaningful.
Lingerie: I might get some shit for this because I know lingerie isn’t just for men (women can wear what they want for themselves, ok?), but lingerie is also definitely a gift for him. Let’s be real, men really suck at picking out these kinds of things so you might as well take control of the situation. Buy something that you actually love & will want to wear, and say “you’re welcome”.
“What I Love About You” Book: This is something kind of cheesy but cute. When you’ve been with someone a long time sometimes you forget to express how much they mean to you, so this book is a perfect little reminder.
Sports Tickets: This may be a bit of a splurge depending on your man’s sport & team of choice, but I’ve never known a guy that would be disappointed by tickets to a game/match/whatever.
I hope this list helped you get inspiration for the perfect Valentine’s Day gift for your guy! Be sure to stay tuned for a post on what to get for your Galentine, or for yourself!
